Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Every third weekend rotation required

Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately in compliance with hospital policies and regulations Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care through clinical interventions Verify and review medication orders for appropriateness and safety Maintain inventory control and proper storage of pharmaceuticals Educate patients and staff regarding medication regimens and safety

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Pharm.

D. degree or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent relevant clinical experience Current pharmacist licensure in Delaware, or eligibility to reciprocate a license in the state Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred and highly valued Strong clinical pharmacy skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team This position offers the chance to contribute to impactful patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.
