Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type All Job Types A clinical pharmacist position is available to support medication management operations including automated dispensing cabinets at key hospital locations. This role ensures the timely initiation of daily cart fill processes to meet patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain medication dispensing systems to ensure accuracy and availability Initiate and manage daily cart fill activities Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use and support clinical outcomes Utilize IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell for medication management and documentation
Qualifications:
Pharm.

D degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience Active pharmacist license in the State of Delaware is required Experience with clinical pharmacy practices and hospital-based medication systems Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell software platforms
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This opportunity offers a temp-to-hire arrangement, providing a pathway to permanent employment while gaining valuable hospital pharmacy experience.
