Job Summary:
Christiana Hospital is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist II to join their pharmacy team on a travel contract. The pharmacist will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and timely pharmaceutical care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Provide clinical support and drug information to healthcare staff Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Monitor patient medication therapy and outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Active Delaware Pharmacist License (DE) BLS from AHA Prior clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferred Strong knowledge of medication management and patient care
