Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Pharm.

D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience. Current pharmacist licensure in Delaware or eligibility to reciprocate. Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
