Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive pharmacy experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient-centered care through medication management, clinical assessments, and collaborative healthcare practices within a dynamic pharmacy environment. Duties Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with medical orders and pharmacy regulations. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy and optimize treatment outcomes. Provide expert consultation on medication. Utilize pharmacy software, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to document patient interactions and medication records efficiently. Manage inventory control, including medication stock levels and storage conditions. Collaborate with healthcare providers on medical management plans, pain management strategies. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Valid pharmacist license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction. Familiarity with Micro Merchant Software system a plus, EMR/EHR platforms. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients.
