Clinical Pharmacist Clinical Responsibilities:

• + The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

• Completion of an ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Residency
