Provide expert medication counseling to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring proper medication use, potential interactions, and side effects are clearly communicated. Support pharmacy technicians by overseeing medication preparation processes and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Monitoring storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals. Documenting and reporting medication errors. Properly securing and maintaining controlled substances. Complying with Continuing Medical Education (CME) Fraud, Waste, and Abuse. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Contribute to maintaining a positive and solution-oriented workplace culture. Requirements BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required Licensed as Florida Registered Pharmacist Strong knowledge of medications, dosing, interactions, and clinical guidelines Proficient with pharmacy management software and electronic systems, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy Positive, proactive attitude
Pay:
$58.00 - $61.00 per hour
