• Full Time Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacist for a hospital coverage assignment in the Daytona Beach, FL area.

This role will support daily pharmacy operations, clinical review, and medication management in an inpatient setting.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts Requirements Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing Inpatient hospital experience required Experience with EPIC preferred Strong knowledge of medication safety, clinical dosing, and regulatory compliance Responsibilities Order verification and clinical review Medication dispensing and distribution Medication therapy monitoring, including drug interactions and dosing Pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical support Medication reconciliation and discharge counseling Collaboration with providers and healthcare staff Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations Additional Information Hospital inpatient setting Standard 40-hour work week Day shift coverage Opportunity to support clinical and operational pharmacy functions Credentialing Requirements Background check Drug screen HIPAA training Code of Conduct attestation Additional site onboarding requirements may apply Want to learn more about what it is like to work for SMS?
