Part-time What You Will Do:
Assure patient safety and care quality by meticulously reviewing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential drug-related problems. Optimize patient outcomes by collaborating with physicians to recommend appropriate formulary alternatives and providing expert drug information to the medical team. Oversee and mentor pharmacy technical personnel in the preparation and accurate dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Educate and counsel patients on their medication therapies, promoting effective and safe use for better health outcomes. Facilitate seamless clinical operations by ensuring the appropriate selection, dosing, and dispensing of all medication orders.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy required. licensure or eligible.
Education:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Additional Preferences:
Infusion center experience
