Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support an outpatient infusion center pharmacy serving a high volume of oncology patients. This role requires familiarity with chemotherapy and oncology medications to provide expert pharmaceutical care. The position is contract-based with potential to transition to permanent employment.

Monday through Friday Day shifts only

Responsibilities:

Prepare, dispense, and verify oncology and general medications for infusion and outpatient use Counsel patients on chemotherapy regimens and provide drug information related to oncology treatments Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy for complex oncology cases Maintain accurate and compliant pharmacy documentation and records Ensure safety and regulatory standards are upheld in the preparation and handling of chemotherapy agents

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active Pharmacist license eligible in Florida Experience working in outpatient or infusion center pharmacy settings Oncology/chemotherapy pharmacy experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and knowledge of chemotherapy protocols Excellent communication and patient counseling skills This contract opportunity offers a chance to work in a specialized setting with oncology patients, starting as soon as possible for a duration of 13 weeks or longer.
