$54.15 - $70.39 / hour Summary Lee Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Application Analyst Pharmacy to support and optimize pharmacy-related information systems. This role partners closely with pharmacy operations and IT to align technology solutions with organizational goals. The analyst will conduct business process analyses, perform needs and cost/benefit assessments, and design system solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and patient care outcomes. This position independently leads small to mid-sized projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Analyze pharmacy workflows and business processes to identify system improvement opportunities Translate operational needs into functional, system, and program specifications Lead and coordinate small to mid-sized IT and pharmacy-related projects Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT stakeholders Support implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of pharmacy systems Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes Minimum Requirements Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy (or equivalent acceptable experience) required Experience Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, IT, or systems analysis Experience with IT project management required Licensure Active Pharmacist License in the State of Florida (required) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting pharmacy applications or healthcare IT systems Background in clinical workflows, medication management systems, or pharmacy automation Experience with system implementation and optimization in a healthcare setting Why Join Us?
