Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide expert medication management and excellent customer service in a per diem capacity. This role supports the smooth operation of pharmacy services by accurately distributing medications and advising customers about their proper use.
Location:
North Port, FL (near Punta Gorda)
Schedule:
Varied dates in May with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00
PM Responsibilities:
Dispense prescribed medications adhering to safety protocols Counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical practices Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
Active Florida Pharmacist License is required Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings is preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills This per diem position offers flexible work dates within May, ideal for pharmacists seeking supplementary hours or varied scheduling.
