What you'll be doing Holding overall responsibility for licensing, compliance, and day-to-day operations of a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy hub. Overseeing the dispensing of personalized adherence packaging for patients managing multiple long-term conditions. Leading and developing a team of pharmacists and technicians working alongside connected in-home technology and real-time monitoring tools. Acting as the regulatory point of contact for the Florida Board of Pharmacy and partnering with clinical, operations, and tech teams to drive performance. Scaling the operation as volume grows, building the systems, processes, and team that will support the next phase of the business.
