You'd be getting a real slice of equity in what's being built. You've grown a pharmacy operation before. You know what it takes to scale a team, tighten the processes, and build something that actually works at volume. Now imagine doing it inside a closed-door, fully automated pharmacy hub that's redefining how people manage long-term medication. No walk-ins. No counter. Just clinical leadership, real adherence outcomes, and ownership in the upside. What you'll be doing Holding overall responsibility for licensing, compliance, and day-to-day operations of a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy hub. Overseeing the dispensing of personalized adherence packaging for patients managing multiple long-term conditions. Leading and developing a team of pharmacists and technicians working alongside connected in-home technology and real-time monitoring tools. Acting as the regulatory point of contact for the Florida Board of Pharmacy and partnering with clinical, operations, and tech teams to drive performance. Scaling the operation as volume grows, building the systems, processes, and team that will support the next phase of the business. The business A closed-door, technology-led pharmacy operation that specialises in adherence packaging and chronic disease medication management. Pharmacists, patients, and caregivers are connected through in-home dispensing technology and continuous monitoring, which means your team is actually moving the needle on adherence rather than just filling bottles. The Orlando site was the first US pharmacy hub for the business and continues to set the standard for the wider network across the United States and Canada. With significant momentum behind the business right now, you're catching it at exactly the right moment. This is start-up energy with the backing of a proven model, and the right person will thrive on the ambiguity, the pace, and the chance to build something rather than just maintain it.
