Job Description

We're a fast-growing compounding pharmacy at the forefront of GLP-1 therapies and personalized medicine. As our Staff Pharmacist, you'll be the clinical backbone of our team — ensuring every compound we dispense is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual patient. What you'll do Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards Counsel patients on GLP-1 therapy, dosing, side effect management, and adherence Collaborate with prescribers to support individualized treatment plans Maintain

compliance and assist with quality assurance protocols Support and mentor pharmacy technicians on pharmacy procedures Stay current on GLP-1 clinical literature and evolving compounding guidelines What we're looking for PharmD Active, unrestricted state pharmacist license Experience in compounding pharmacy environment preferred Familiarity with GLP-1 agents, weight management protocols, or metabolic health is a strong plus Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines Strong attention to detail and a patient-first mindset Excellent communication and collaborative work ethic
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
