What You'll Do Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and interns. Optimize inventory, workflow, and quality-assurance metrics to meet key performance targets. Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, new service lines, and community engagement. What You Bring Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for reciprocity). 2+ years' retail or outpatient pharmacy experience; prior PIC or management experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, operational acumen, and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build long-term equity value.
