Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values autonomy, community connection, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an independent setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations. Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff. Provide exceptional patient care, including medication counseling and problem resolution. Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate records and ensure operational efficiency. Act as primary liaison for inspections and regulatory requirements

9:00 AM•5:00

PM Rotating Saturdays:

9:00 AM•1:00 PM No evenings•excellent work-life balance

Active Pharmacist license in Georgia. Previous PIC experience or strong leadership background preferred. Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory compliance.
