Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Providing essential outpatient pharmacy services with flexible PRN coverage, this role offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise on a per diem basis from June 12 through July 31. Located in Humboldt, IA, the position is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking a rewarding assignment with a manageable daily prescription volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify approximately 40 outpatient prescriptions daily, ensuring accuracy and safety. Deliver patient counseling to enhance medication adherence and understanding. Perform routine outpatient pharmacy duties including medication dispensing and record maintenance.
Qualifications:
Valid Iowa Pharmacist License is required. Previous experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
