• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire A part-time Retail Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available in Rathdrum, ID, offering a 13-week contract to hire position with a strong focus on excellent customer service and teamwork.

Schedule/Hours:

1st shift, Monday

• Friday, 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM
• 1:00 PM (Saturday workday offers either Thursday or Friday off)

Team Environment:

Work alongside 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier Utilize the Pioneer system in a retail setting Manage a volume of 300

• 400 prescriptions per day

Responsibilities:

Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide patient counseling to promote safe medication use Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations Uphold exceptional customer service standards as part of a dedicated team player approach

Qualifications:

Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license Previous pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail setting Updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references ready for submission Post-Conversion Benefits (full-time upon hire): Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage (50% employer contribution) after 2 months 401(k) plan with employer matching (3%) after 1 year Paid vacation leave This position offers competitive pay in the $60
