Chicago, IL Schedule/Hours:

Overnight shift Four 10-hour shifts per week (9:00 PM to 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities:

Perform typical inpatient pharmacy duties such as prescription checking and verification Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate medication preparation and delivery Verify and check intravenous (IV) medication orders Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacological care for patients Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation and order management

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient clinical pharmacy experience is required Proficiency with

EPIC EMR

system preferred Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail in medication management Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Excellent communication skills for interaction with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff This is a 13-week contract assignment beginning mid-June. It offers the chance to contribute to patient care within a respected academic medical setting while gaining further experience in clinical pharmacy practices.
