Key responsibilities include:

Dispensing and verifying medications during night hours (9:00 PM to 7:30 AM) Collaborating with clinical teams to manage pediatric patients' medication therapies, including weight-based dosing calculations Utilizing electronic health record systems such as EPIC and medication management tools like Omnicell Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hospital and pharmacy protocols Providing clinical consultation to healthcare providers during nighttime operations Qualifications and desired experience: Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois Proven hospital pharmacy background, with significant experience in pediatric pharmacy Comfort and proficiency with pediatric weight-based dosing Familiarity with EPIC and Omnicell systems preferred Strong clinical and communication skills essential for effective team collaboration

Schedule:

Night shift (9:00 PM to 7:30 AM) Work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 nights off This contract opportunity offers an immediate start and is expected to last 13 weeks or longer.
