How you'll make an impact in this role + Ensure safe and accurate medication management by verifying appropriate selection, dosing, administration, compounding, and dispensing of medication orders. + Evaluate medication therapies to identify, prevent, and resolve actual or potential drug-related issues; recommend formulary alternatives and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes. + Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in medication preparation and distribution, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. + Deliver drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals, serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students, and provide operational coverage as needed. Registration:

+ Pharmacist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
