Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical inpatient pharmacy duties, including evaluating and verifying medication orders Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure proper medication preparation and delivery Check and verify intravenous (IV) medications to maintain safety and compliance Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for medication reconciliation and documentation

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
