Residents acquire knowledge required for skillful problem-solving, refine their problem-solving strategies, strengthen their professional values and attitudes, and advance the growth of their clinical judgment. Pay Range:
$16.70 - $25.53 per hour (PGY1) 2688
Pay Range:
$17.30 - $26.81 per hour (PGY2) 2693 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
