Responsibilities:

Verify and check inpatient medication orders for accuracy and safety Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring compliance with hospital protocols Perform IV medication checks in accordance with hospital standards Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and communication Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year recent experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy Licensed pharmacist with a valid Illinois license Proficiency with

EPIC EMR

system preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and supervisory skills
