resident pharmacist provides competent and compassionate patient care by working effectively as a member of the healthcare team. The resident will meet the educational goals according the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists' standards, as well as abide by the institution specific regulations. Experience Qualifications Competent in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed Pharmacist in state of practice is required or obtained within 120 days.IL:
If not currently licensed as a Pharmacist in state of practice, then required to be licensed/registered as a Pharmacy Intern or as a Pharmacy Technician in state of practice. May work in a Pharmacy Technician license pending status for up to 60 days.WI:
