DoctoralResponsibilitiesPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing and production quotas. Perform PV2 verification of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct quality assurance reviews of dispensed medications and packaging processes. Ensure the pharmacy remains compliant with all accreditation standards and applicable DEA, FDA, NABP, URAC, and Board of Pharmacy regulations. Collaborate with Fulfillment Leadership and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure adherence to workflow, safety protocols, and delivery schedules. Support training and performance development of pharmacy personnel as needed. Maintain oversight of pharmacy documentation, including prescription records, SOPs, and compliance logs. Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections. Identify and escalate operational issues or compliance risks.
