Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 13-week assignment is available starting in April for a travel Pharmacy Technician position located in Mishawaka, IN. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a temporary opportunity to enhance their experience within a dynamic pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Assist pharmacists by preparing and labeling prescriptions. Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries. Maintain proper inventory levels and manage medication storage. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations. Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff to support patient care.
Qualifications:
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred. Prior experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in dispensing. Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medication use, and pharmacy law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
