Wayne Area Compensation:

$140,000-$170,000 base + Total Compensation up to $225,000 Summary Our client, a leading provider in home infusion pharmacy services, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations and drive high-quality patient care within their Ft. Wayne location.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations Enforce best practices and guidelines specific to home infusion therapies Manage pharmacy inventory, including storage, handling, and disposal of medications and supplies Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit readiness Supervise medication preparation and dispensing for accuracy and safety Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient-specific infusion therapies Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and education Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain a high-performing team Promote continuous learning and development within the team Address staff performance, concerns, and conflicts professionally and promptly Partner with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and stakeholders Represent the organization in industry and professional settings

What You Bring:

Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana 5+ years of experience in home infusion (preferred) Proven leadership experience managing pharmacy teams Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
