Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional need to stay later | On call and weekend coverage shared with Pharmacy Manager | 40 hours per week

Healthcare / Long-Term Acute Care Pharmacy Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pharmacy services across a 25 bed long-term acute care hospital Verify and process medication orders accurately and efficiently Perform IV compounding in compliance with USP 797 standards Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technician staff throughout the shift Share on call and weekend coverage responsibilities with the Pharmacy Manager Utilize HCS ePharmacy pharmacy information system and Omnicell automation for daily operations Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest standards of patient safety Experience Hospital pharmacy experience required IV compounding experience required Long-term acute care experience a plus Experience with smaller or independent pharmacy operations preferred Skills Comfortable working independently in a small pharmacy team environment Strong IV compounding skills and attention to detail Reliable and flexible with on call and occasional extended shift needs Effective communicator with clinical and nursing staff Qualifications Active Indiana Pharmacist License required Proficiency in HCS ePharmacy and Omnicell preferred Soliant offers Licensing Assistance if you are not yet licensed in
