Minimum Requirements:

Active State Pharmacist license required to practice in KY. Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred. Experience with hospital pharmacy operations preferred, including medication dispensing, IV admixture, and sterile/compound medication procedures. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and pharmacy information systems preferred. Ability to complete required facility orientation. Orientation sessions occur on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an acute care or community hospital setting. Experience with medication reconciliation and clinical pharmacy interventions. Completion of residency or advanced training preferred but not required.
