Job Description
Abbeville General Hospital is hiring for a Staff Pharmacist position: Part-time Staff Pharmacist position for Pharmacy Department. Position(s)
Avaliable:
Staff Pharmacist- One (1) Avaliable ( Pharmacy Hours 6:30am
- 8:30pm M-F, 8am
- 4:30pm SS) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: prepare/monitor of medication orders, monitor profiles for drug allergies, drug interactions, rational drug therapy, and drug incompatibilities.
Staff Pharmacist Required Experience:
Previous hospital experience preferred.Staff Pharmacist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy professional degree (PharmD)Louisiana Board of Pharmacy Licensure Staff Pharmacist Physical Requirements :
Medium Work as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor constitutes a maximum lift of 21-50 pounds on occasion and/or a maximum lift of 11-25 pounds on a frequent basis May be required to assist in the turning, lifting, or moving patients as well as walking about from patients' rooms, as well as to and from various hospital areasStaff Pharmacist Benefits Include :
