Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Pharmacist in Boston, Massachusetts ! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.
Type:
Thirteen-week contract, possibility for extension
Shift :
Wed to Tues (7 days on, 7 days off) 9PM to 7
AM Pay:
$57.00 to $60.00 an hour, depending on experience Responsibilities of the
Pharmacist Include:
  • Direct and coordinate the delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Supervise and verify the accuracy of all work performed by pharmacy support personnel during assigned shifts.
  • Operate within established pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with target drug programs, formulary management initiatives, medication management programs, and adverse drug event monitoring systems.
  • Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Document and report clinical interventions, medication errors, and adverse drug events.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, laws, and regulations established by the Board of Pharmacy and other applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in the education and training of medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.
  • Complete a minimum of 20 continuing education credits annually to maintain licensure.
Requirements of the
Pharmacist Include:
  • PharmD required
  • Active and good standing Pharmacist license in Massachusetts

  • Two to three years of experience working as a pharmacist preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in all areas of pharmacy operations, including: IV admixtures, drug information services, ambulatory pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug distribution systems Why work for Adecco?

Pay Details:
