Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient operations Consult with physicians and other healthcare team members to optimize patient medication therapy Manage pharmacokinetic assessments and dosing adjustments Utilize healthcare IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts pharmacist license required Proven experience working in an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment Competency with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective healthcare collaboration Ability to maintain high standards in fast-paced, variable shifts This 13+ week contract offers pharmacists an opportunity to work within a respected hospital team and make a direct impact on patient care.
