This contract position offers an ASAP start with a duration of 13 weeks or longer, providing a chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Salem, MA Schedule:
Variable days and afternoon shifts, accommodating a range of availability preferences
Key Responsibilities:
Order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient pharmacy operations Consulting with physicians to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Applying pharmacokinetics knowledge to support individualized patient care Utilizing technology systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for clinical and dispensing activities
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license required Experience in inpatient pharmacy preferred to navigate complex hospital workflows Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for pharmacists seeking a contract position with flexible scheduling to fit their lifestyle while engaging with diverse clinical challenges.
