Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Pharmacists are needed to support inpatient pharmacy services at a hospital in Salem, MA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment with a start date ASAP for a 13-week assignment or longer.

Schedule/Hours:

Variable day and afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and workflow Consult with physicians regarding medication therapy and adjustments Manage pharmacokinetics monitoring and dose adjustments using clinical data Utilize hospital IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid Massachusetts Pharmacist license is required Experience working in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems preferred Strong clinical knowledge in pharmacokinetics and drug therapy monitoring Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare teams
