Full Time Pharmacist

```Duties```

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Review and interpret physician orders for appropriate medication therapy
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient medication therapy for safety and efficacy
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards ```Skills```
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Proficient in utilizing aseptic technique in sterile compounding
• Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate pharmaceutical care
• Experience working in a hospital or emergency room setting preferred
• Completion of a pharmacy residency program is desirable
• Familiarity with utilization management principles and practices
• Knowledge of ICU medication management protocols
