About the Role We are hiring a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist with a path to leadership, including profit-share and business involvement. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a dispensing job—you'll be part of building workflows, expanding services, and shaping the future of an independent pharmacy embedded in a health system ecosystem. You'll work closely with leadership and providers while gaining exposure to operations, clinical programs, and pharmacy growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with all regulations Provide patient counseling with a focus on adherence, affordability, and outcomes Manage and optimize workflows within MMS/PrimeRx Coordinate closely with hospital teams, case managers, and outpatient providers Support bedside delivery and discharge prescription coordination Assist with prior authorizations, coverage navigation, and patient support programs Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination Contribute to new service lines (e.g., LAIs, immunizations, adherence programs) Help develop operational processes and quality standards as we scale What We're Looking For Active Pharmacist license in Maryland (required) Strong interest in growing into a partnership role. Independent or specialty pharmacy experience preferred Experience with MMS/PrimeRx (or similar systems) preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Comfortable working directly with providers and care teams Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and improving processes Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Why Join Wellrock Pharmacy? Pay:

$52.00 - $58.00 per hour
