$2,592.00 We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join a dynamic inpatient healthcare team in Bad Axe, Michigan. This role is ideal for a clinically strong pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative hospital setting and is comfortable working across anticoagulation and oncology services.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify electronic physician medication orders for accuracy, dosing, and administration safety Monitor patient medication profiles for allergies, interactions, contraindications, and lab value concerns Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical interventions for high-risk medications Prepare and oversee sterile compounding, including IV piggybacks, TPNs, chemotherapy infusions, and large-volume parenterals in compliance with USP <797>/<800> standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams during rounds and emergency situations Conduct medication reconciliation and provide discharge medication counseling to patients Supervise and support pharmacy technicians, interns, and students while ensuring workflow accuracy and inventory management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience required Experience working in an Anticoagulation Clinic required (approximately 4-6 patients daily) Oncology compounding experience required Comfortable independently performing IV compounding Active Michigan Pharmacist license required
