Job Overview- We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment in Michigan. This role involves clinical pharmacy services, IV compounding, anticoagulation clinic support, and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

06/15/2026 Responsibilities Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety Monitor patient therapies, drug interactions, and lab results Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical interventions Prepare and oversee sterile IV compounding, TPN, and chemotherapy medications Support anticoagulation clinic patients Collaborate with physicians and nurses during patient care rounds Provide medication reconciliation and discharge counseling Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Requirements Active Michigan Pharmacist License Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience Experience with oncology compounding and sterile IV preparation required Ability to work in an Anticoagulation Clinic setting Strong knowledge of

Pay:

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
