Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in a home infusion environment, offering an 8 to 13-week contract. This assignment is based in Canton, Michigan, with a weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and verification of sterile compounds performed by pharmacy technicians in a clean room setting. Ensure adherence to USP 797 and USP 800 standards for sterile compounding. Provide clinical consultations to patients, supporting their therapeutic needs and medication management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Michigan pharmacist license is mandatory. Experience in home infusion pharmacy practice is required. Sterile compounding experience is essential, preferably within a home infusion context. Familiarity with the Care Tend computer system is a plus but not required.
