Part Time Pharmacist: SRS Pharmacy System

Part Time Staff Pharmacist Merit Woods Pharmacy in Grosse Pointe Woods Merit Woods Pharmacy is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our team. We are an independent community pharmacy focused on personalized care, strong patient relationships, and excellent service. We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, and works well with a team.

Responsibilities:

Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely Provide medication counseling and immunizations Support daily pharmacy workflow using SRS Pharmacy System Work closely with pharmacy technicians and staff Handle insurance issues, prior authorizations, and patient concerns Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies Help manage inventory and controlled substance requirements Build strong relationships with patients and local providers

Qualifications:

Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing Retail pharmacy experience required SRS Pharmacy System experience preferred Compounding experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented and dependable
