Pharmacist | Harbor Beach, Michigan

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in both retail and inpatient pharmacy settings within close proximity in Harbor Beach, MI. The pharmacist will split their time approximately 70% in the retail pharmacy and 30% in the hospital inpatient pharmacy, delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care across diverse patient populations.

Shift and Schedule:

Four days per week, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm One weekday off and rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, and standards Review medication orders for accuracy, potential allergies, and interactions Prepare intravenous admixtures using standard formulas and protocols Provide accurate information and answer questions from staff and patients Operate effectively both independently and within a team environment Uphold strict patient confidentiality at all times

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate from a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE Current Michigan pharmacist license Experience in hospital pharmacy preferred; willingness to learn hospital processes is essential Proficiency or ability to adapt to pharmacy software systems including Pioneer RX (retail) and CPSI (hospital), with an upcoming transition to
