Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical care, medication management, and patient service. The Pharmacist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes and support the overall health of the community. Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide medication administration services, including immunizations and patient assessments. Conduct thorough patient consultations to educate on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Manage acute care situations by providing appropriate pharmaceutical interventions. Utilize aseptic techniques for compounding medications as required. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and medication inventories. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized medication management plans. Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Experience A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution is required. Active pharmacist license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with pharmacy systems and technology to enhance workflow efficiency. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to assess patient needs and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
