Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Join a specialty compounding pharmacy environment as a Staff Pharmacist, contributing your clinical expertise to a high-volume setting that values precision and patient safety. This contract position offers a focused opportunity to reinforce your skills in compounding and sterile injectables.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify accuracy and quality of compounded medications and sterile injectables. Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload efficiently to meet patient needs. Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with pharmacy guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Michigan Pharmacy License required. Demonstrated experience in compounding and sterile injectable preparations. Strong clinical pharmacist background with a focus on accuracy and safety. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule and Location:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Assignment duration of 4 to 8 weeks, with a chance for extension. Position located in Troy, MI.
