Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This role is for a pharmacy professional to provide a blend of retail and long-term care services at a specialty pharmacy setting located in Grand Rapids, MN. The position offers a contract duration of 13+ weeks, with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and possible rotating weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately in both retail and long-term care environments Manage patient care services including medication therapy management Support immunization administration and other patient health initiatives Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License Immunization Certification CPR Certification Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy operations

8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Possible rotating weekends
