Job Description

•Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the State of MN to be considered Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the overall health and well-being of patients across various clinical settings. Duties Dispense medications accurately while adhering to all legal and safety standards, including compounding medications and IV infusion preparation. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy, considering physiology, anatomy, medical history, and current health status. Manage medication inventories effectively, including inventory management and ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals. Utilize pharmacy software for prescription processing, documentation, and patient record management. Provide clinical pharmacy services such as pain management, medical management, and patient education on medication use. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy during all pharmacy operations. Other Duties as assigned Experience Demonstrated clinical pharmacy experience with a focus on patient service, assessment, and medication management. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems, and inventory management tools. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, immunizations, pain management protocols, and medication administration techniques.
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
