Clinical Pharmacist A well-established, respected community hospital just outside Mountain Home, Arkansas, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its team.

Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity:

Full-time, Permanent, Direct-Hire Schedule:

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

Evaluate the patient's health issues to ensure prescribed medications effectively meet their needs and care goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and execute a medication plan that aligns with the overall patient care goals established by the team. Establish a consistent process of patient care that guarantees effective and safe medication use for patients.

Clinical Pharmacist Qualifications:

Previous hospital experience required Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required Must have an Arkansas Pharmacy License or be eligible to obtain one
