Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacist to join our growing team inPACIFIC, MO
. This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail pharmacy operations and ensuring quality patient care. While prior retail experience is an added advantage, we encourage both experienced professionals and new graduates to apply. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive compensation.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately review and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations. Review narcotic reconciliations and manage electronic prescriptions for accuracy and quality. Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication orders, interactions, and patient reactions. Manage drug inventory, maintain drug files, and assist with quality improvement initiatives. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and compliance standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and maintain a positive retail environment.What We Offer:
