Ideal for new graduates or licensed pharmacists seeking valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic hospital pharmacy setting. Schedule & Location Evening shift: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, 7 days on/7 days off (Thursday to Wednesday)

Rogersville, Missouri Key Responsibilities Coordinate workflow in the central pharmacy, ensuring efficient medication distribution Verify accuracy of medication products including IVs, premade IVs, creams, and insulin pens Check and maintain code carts for readiness Oversee and guide the workflow of pharmacy technicians, providing direction to optimize operations Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for documentation and communication Qualifications & Desired Experience Valid Missouri Pharmacist license required Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to supervise pharmacy technician workflow effectively Familiarity with pharmacy operations in a hospital environment preferred This assignment provides a chance to expand your experience coordinating complex medication management and leading technician teams during evening shifts.
