Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A clinical pharmacist position is available for a 13-week contract at a 250-bed hospital in Rolla, MO. This role focuses on critical staffing responsibilities, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations within a hospital setting utilizing EPIC and Omnicell systems.
Responsibilities include:
Order verification with accuracy and adherence to protocols Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency Performing pharmacokinetics evaluations as needed Consulting regularly with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
Valid Missouri pharmacist license Prior experience in a hospital environment preferred Proficiency with EPIC and Omnicell systems is highly advantageous Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
Schedule:
Immediate start to fill the position as soon as possible Contract duration of approximately 13 weeks This role offers the opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a dynamic hospital setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates with a collaborative mindset and hospital pharmacy experience will thrive in this position.
